архи важно HELP!!!!

люди есть полее ввода текста,
в нем набирает ААА ИИИ РРР
потом мышой выделяем ИИИ, нажимаем на кнопочку,
в строку переменную str надо занести выделенное ИИИ...
Как сделать помогите... а...
