Помогите разобраться!
 
Люди подскажите в двух словах что такое
"поддержка функции php iconv", где она находиться в денвере...

И если не трудно где можно найти "режим safe_mod = off " ?

ЗАРАНЕЕ БЛАГОДАРЕН....:)

This module is part of PHP as of PHP 5 thus iconv.dll and php_iconv.dll is not needed anymore.
safe_mod устанавливается в php.ini
