Короткий ман прям в httpd.conf. Внимательно читаем:

Соответственно создаем (и правим пути на свои):

Далее находим файл hosts
Читаем короткий ман там. Соотв. прописываем твой локалхост и там
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.2 games.pivo
