DataGrid. Многострочная ячейка.

Здравствуйте. Помогите пожалуйста. В хэлпе есть скрипт:

если текст в ячейке таблицы превышает ширину ячейки, то он переносится на вторую строчку. Перенос работает только на третьем столбце. Как сделать чтобы перенос работал во всех ячейках таблицы и в заглывных?

Спасибо) А имена столбцов (шапка таблицы) как таким образом отформатировать?
