Отправить email без php

Всем привет) Всем спасибо)
Есть задача через Flash форму отправить письмо на почту.
Проблема в том что нет php.
Сервер под Windows ...
Есть ли какие нибудь мысли возможно ли это сделать)?

Но на сервере все равно как-то надо будет отправить дальше.
