i'm trying to do a flash presentation in a cd but I would like it to import pictures from the same cd when asked from a menu in the animation.

the problem is that there are more tha 8,000 photos so i don know how to do it. i know that it is not posible to do it as a database because the project is not on line so what do i have to do?

Well, I can advise you only one thing:

You should compile your project in Flash MX to be able load your photos as JPEG (or other format) to your movie. To load them use loadMovie("photos/photo1.jpg");
I'm not shure, that you can load them from a CD, but your can try it.

PS: Flash 5 (4,3,2,1) doesn't support loading images dynamically.
