Можно ли с помощью флэш вставить между пунктами 2 и 2.1 какую-нибудь фразу или поясняние. И сохранить файл Text уже в измененном виде?

Поверьте мне на слово, Notepad справляется с этим гораздо лучше чем flash + MDM Zinc (или SWFkit или еще что-нибудь.)
