куда делся flash.utils.Proxy ?

Решил использовать Proxy, т.к. все параметры класса не известны, залез как обычно http://help.adobe.com/en_US/FlashPla.../3/index.html# и пропала вся инфа о flash.utils.Proxy...

если я не ошибаюсь, они(Adobe) его в верхний уровень хотели перенести, линк на место где видел подобную информацию никак не могу найти(
